Weaknesses

1.              War craft

2.            Can become very jealous

3.            Can become very angry

4.           Does not like men

5.           Does not like marriage because it takes away the freedom of women.

Importance to Mankind.

Artemis is the protector of wildlife, women and childbirth. She was born with the bow and arrow to protect living creatures that are more helpless then us and is there during childbirth to watch over mother and child.

 
Artemis The Strong

                Artemis was very possessive .She would show her anger to anyone who didn’t listen to her especially against her loving and important animals. Even Agamemnon was attacked by Artemis because he killed a stag in her favorite field .She attacked him when he was at sea by taking away the wind so he couldn’t sail. Artemis said that the only way she would give back the wind is if Agamemnon gave up his daughter, Iphigenia.  Some people say he did and others say Iphigenia was exchanged for a deer and became a priestess to prepare people to sacrifice for Artemis.
